Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to ensure they crisp up when baked.
 - In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs and rub it in to coat the meat evenly.
 - Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of each chicken thigh, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
 - Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a lightly greased baking dish.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
 - Once baked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
 
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
 - For a zesty twist, add lemon zest and lemon juice to the seasoning.
 - If you like garlic parmesan, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the chicken after baking and return it to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
 - If using bone-in chicken thighs, they will take 40-45 minutes to cook.
