Description

Ingredients

  1. 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
  2. 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  5. 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Crackers, crostini, or sliced apples/pears (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and optional orange zest. Cook for 8–10 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Let cool slightly.
  2. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small baking dish.
  3. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and just starting to ooze.
  4. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the warm Brie.
  6. Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit.
