Description
Baked Brie with Honey-Balsamic Cranberry Sauce is a quick, elegant appetizer featuring warm, gooey Brie topped with a tangy-sweet cranberry sauce infused with honey and balsamic vinegar. Perfect for holidays, parties, or elevating your cheese board.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
 - 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
 - Pinch of salt
 - Crackers, crostini, or sliced apples/pears (for serving)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and optional orange zest. Cook for 8–10 minutes until cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Let cool slightly.
 - Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small baking dish.
 - Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and just starting to ooze.
 - Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
 - Spoon the cranberry sauce over the warm Brie.
 - Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit.

Notes
- Add chopped toasted pecans or walnuts for crunch.
 - Wrap the Brie in puff pastry before baking for an extra indulgent version.
 - Use maple syrup instead of honey for a deeper sweetness.
 - Make the cranberry sauce up to 3 days in advance.
 - Serve with crusty bread, fruit, or seedy crackers.
