Description

Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a flavorful blend of spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheddar cheese, and creamy blue cheese or ranch dressing, all nestled in soft slider buns. Perfect for snacking, parties, or game day.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic powder

12 slider buns

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with the remaining slider buns.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  8. Remove from the oven and drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing and green onions, if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  1. For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the buffalo sauce mixture.
  2. If you’re not a fan of cheddar, feel free to use mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese.

  4. For a vegetarian alternative, replace chicken with sautéed cauliflower or chickpeas.
