Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
12 slider buns
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the remaining slider buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing and green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
