Description
Butterfinger Balls are a sweet and crunchy no-bake treat combining peanut butter, Butterfinger candy, and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups chocolate chips (for coating)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy, and softened butter. Stir until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.
- Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat it completely, then place it back on the parchment paper.
- Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
Notes
- For a different flavor profile, try using white or milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
- You can add chopped peanuts or other candy pieces to the mixture for extra texture.
- To make these vegan, use dairy-free chocolate and plant-based butter.
- These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or frozen for up to 2 months.
