Description

Butterfinger Balls are a sweet and crunchy no-bake treat combining peanut butter, Butterfinger candy, and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups chocolate chips (for coating)


Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy, and softened butter. Stir until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.
  5. Once chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat it completely, then place it back on the parchment paper.
  6. Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes

  1. For a different flavor profile, try using white or milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
