Ingredients
1 package of egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
 - Lay one egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cream cheese filling onto the center of the wrapper.
 - Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll it up tightly to form an egg roll shape. Seal the edges with a little water to ensure they stay closed during frying.
 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the egg rolls in the skillet, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
 - Fry each egg roll for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
 - Remove the egg rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
 - Once they have cooled slightly, dust the egg rolls with powdered sugar for a sweet finish.
