Ingredients
1 cup of rice (uncooked)
2 cups of broccoli florets (steamed)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked rice, steamed broccoli florets, and the cream of mushroom soup.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, milk, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
