Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, sriracha sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated in the creamy sauce.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the buns.
- Place the top halves of the buns on top of the chicken mixture.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with a little paprika or parsley if desired.
- Bake the buns in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- To reheat, place the buns in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- You can freeze the assembled buns before baking for up to 2 months. Bake from frozen, adding extra time to the cooking process.
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of sriracha or hot sauce.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or tempeh.
