Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseQ

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the butter and allow it to melt. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring well to coat the chicken in the garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken is heated through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and fold in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
- Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, and fold in the sides. Roll them up tightly to secure the filling inside.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, if desired.
