Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 flour tortillas (8-inch)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons garlic butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add shredded chicken to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • In a small bowl, melt garlic butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour garlic butter mixture over chicken and toss to coat evenly.

  • Lay tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture in the center of each.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up tightly.

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, and cheese is melted.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
