Description
Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a simple, no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with a light and fluffy texture, topped with sweet cherry pie filling.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
 - Add the cheesecake pudding mix and milk to the cream cheese, and continue to mix until fully combined and smooth.
 - Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
 - Spoon the fluff mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
 - Top with the cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the fluff.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to chill.

Notes
- For fruit variations, you can swap cherry pie filling for strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries.
 - If desired, add a graham cracker crumb or crushed cookie base for extra texture.
 - Sweetened condensed milk can be used in place of the pudding mix for a sweeter taste.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
 - It’s best to serve this dessert chilled and avoid reheating.
