Description
Delicious and colorful Oreo Truffles made by blending crushed Golden Oreos with cream cheese, dipped in pastel candy melts, and topped with festive sprinkles. These no-bake treats are perfect for parties and easy to prepare with a mixture of chilling, dipping, and drizzling techniques.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 18 ounces Golden Oreos
 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Candy Coating
- 4 ounces yellow candy melts
 - 4 ounces blue candy melts
 - 4 ounces pink candy melts
 - 3 Tablespoons pastel colored sprinkles

Instructions
- Crush Oreos: Place the Golden Oreos in a food processor and crush them finely until they become a crumbly texture. Transfer the crushed Oreos into a large mixing bowl.
 - Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and use a hand mixer to beat them together until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
 - Form Oreo Balls: Line a large baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Roll approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls and place them onto the prepared sheet. Repeat until all the dough is used. Freeze the Oreo balls for 1 hour to firm up.
 - Melt Candy Coatings: Place each color of candy melts (pink, blue, yellow) into three separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave each bowl separately in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. Use clean utensils for each color to prevent color mixing.
 - Dip Oreo Balls: Remove the Oreo balls from the freezer. Using two forks, dip each ball into a candy melt color of your choice, gently tapping the fork on the bowl’s edge to remove excess coating. Scrape off the bottom carefully and place back on the parchment paper. Alternate colors for variety.
 - Drizzle with Candy Melts: Pour leftover melted candy melts into small ziplock bags. Snip a tiny corner off each bag and drizzle colored candy over the dipped Oreo balls, mixing and matching colors as desired for a decorative effect.
 - Add Sprinkles: Immediately after drizzling, sprinkle pastel colored sprinkles over the truffles to ensure they stick to the wet candy coating.
 - Set and Chill: Place the decorated Oreo truffles in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to allow the candy coatings to harden faster before serving.

Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
 - Use separate utensils for each candy melt color to prevent color contamination.
 - If you don’t have a food processor, place Oreos in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin.
 - You can store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
 - Feel free to use traditional chocolate Oreos instead of Golden for a different flavor.
