Ingredients

Ground beef (80/20 blend works best)

Bacon strips

Burger buns

Cheddar cheese slices (or your favorite cheese)

Lettuce (optional)

Crack Burger Sauce:

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

Mustard

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Worcestershire sauce

Pickle relish (optional)


Instructions

  • Cook the bacon: Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set it aside on paper towels to drain the excess grease.

  • Prepare the patties: Form the ground beef into burger patties, seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Cook the patties: In the same skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to melt.

  • Assemble the burgers: Toast the burger buns lightly. Spread Crack Burger Sauce on the bottom bun. Place the cooked patty, top with crispy bacon, and add lettuce, tomato, and pickles if desired.

  • Serve: Top with the other bun and serve immediately.
