Description

This Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake combines juicy steak, tender potatoes, creamy cheese, and crispy bacon in a single pot for an easy, comforting meal.


Ingredients

1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Grease the Crockpot with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the Crockpot.
  3. Add the cubed steak on top of the potatoes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the steak and potatoes.
  5. Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the steak is cooked through.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, then cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
  7. Once done, sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top before serving.
