Description

These Cute Pumpkin Oreo Treats are an easy, no-bake fall dessert made by dipping Oreos in orange candy melts and decorating them to look like festive pumpkins—perfect for Halloween parties or autumn gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
  • 2 cups orange candy melts
  • 20 green M&Ms or mini green candies (for stems)
  • Black decorating gel or edible markers (optional, for faces)
  • Lollipop sticks or toothpicks (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt orange candy melts according to package instructions, stirring until smooth.
  3. Insert a toothpick or lollipop stick (optional) into each Oreo for easier dipping.
  4. Dip each Oreo into melted candy, coating completely. Use a fork to lift and gently tap off excess coating.
  5. Place coated Oreos on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Immediately press a green M&M into the top of each Oreo to resemble a pumpkin stem.
  7. Allow candy coating to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  8. Once set, use black decorating gel or edible markers to draw jack-o’-lantern faces if desired.
  9. Serve and enjoy your festive pumpkin treats!

Notes

  • Double-stuffed Oreos work great for thicker treats and hold sticks more securely.
  • Use white chocolate with orange food coloring if candy melts are unavailable.
  • Refrigeration speeds up setting but isn’t necessary in cooler environments.
  • Use pretzel sticks or green icing instead of M&Ms for the pumpkin stem.
  • Let coating fully harden before decorating with gel or markers to prevent smudging.
