Ingredients
1 bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch)
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni slices
1/4 cup of pizza sauce (for dipping)
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crush the Doritos into small pieces, either by placing them in a bag and using a rolling pin or pulsing them in a food processor.
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Take a small spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese and place it in the center of each Dorito piece. Add a few pieces of mini pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Gently roll each piece into a small, tight roll, ensuring the cheese and pepperoni stay inside.
- Brush the outside of each roll lightly with olive oil or melted butter to help them crisp up in the oven.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
