- 4 medium bananas (cut lengthwise, then into halves to get 4 strips per banana)
 - 7 oz canned ripe jackfruit, drained and sliced (200 grams, optional)
 - 16 spring roll wrappers
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Vanilla ice cream
 - Agave syrup, maple syrup, or caramel sauce
 
Instructions
- Prepare the wrapper: Lay out one spring roll wrapper with the corners pointing towards the top, bottom, left, and right, forming a diamond shape.
 - Add cinnamon: Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon onto the middle of the spring roll wrapper.
 - Place the banana: Coat one banana strip with cinnamon and place it in the center of the wrapper.
 - Add jackfruit (optional): If using, add some sliced jackfruit on top of the banana strip.
 - Fold the wrapper: Fold the left and right sides inward, then fold the bottom part of the wrapper up towards the center.
 - Roll and finish: Roll the wrapper to form one spring roll, then smear the top part with a little more cinnamon for color and flavor. Repeat for all rolls.
 - Cook the spring rolls: Air fry the spring rolls at 200°C (390℉) for 12 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively, pan fry them in a skillet until golden brown on all sides.
 - Serve: Enjoy the banana spring rolls as is, or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of maple syrup or caramel sauce for added sweetness.
 
Notes
- You can omit the jackfruit if unavailable or if you prefer a simpler banana spring roll.

 - For a crispier texture, air frying is recommended, but pan frying works well too.
