Fudge Base
- 450 g milk chocolate (16 oz)
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

- 4 Ferrero Rocher, halved
Instructions
- Prepare the Tin: Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking tin with parchment or baking paper ensuring excess paper hangs over the edges to easily lift the fudge out later.
- Melt Ingredients: Over very low stovetop heat, gently melt the milk chocolate and condensed milk together, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and glossy, being careful not to burn the chocolate.
- Incorporate Chopped Chocolates: Remove the melted chocolate mixture from heat and stir in the chopped Ferrero Rocher pieces evenly, distributing them throughout the fudge base.
- Transfer and Top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Arrange the halved Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top as decoration, pressing them lightly into the surface.
- Chill to Set: Place the tin in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours or until the fudge has completely firmed up and is easy to cut.
