Description

Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Drops are a simple and healthy snack made with creamy Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries. These bite-sized, frozen treats are perfect for a refreshing, guilt-free dessert or snack for all ages. The sweet, tangy flavor of blueberries paired with smooth yogurt makes for an irresistible combination that’s both nutritious and delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until smooth and well-combined.

  • Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each drop.

  • Place one blueberry on top of each yogurt drop.

  • Freeze the drops for 2-3 hours or until firm.

  • Once frozen, carefully peel the yogurt drops off the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  1. Store the Frozen Blueberry Yogurt Drops in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  2. You can swap blueberries for other berries like strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries for a variety of flavors.
  3. To make this dairy-free, replace Greek yogurt with non-dairy yogurt (e.g., almond, coconut, or soy yogurt).
