Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs combine the irresistible flavors of a cheeseburger with garlic and Parmesan for a savory appetizer or snack. Perfect for parties, game nights, or casual meals, these bite-sized bombs are packed with cheesy goodness and seasoned to perfection. Customize them with extra toppings like bacon or pickles for a delicious twist!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

2 teaspoons mustard

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat, then add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

  • Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy and thick. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  • Flatten each biscuit into a round circle.

  • Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside.

  • Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Parmesan cheese, then brush it over the top of each bomb.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
