- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of the treats after baking.
- Arrange pretzels: Place the 24 pretzels in a single even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add chocolate: Place a Hershey’s Hug or Kiss chocolate on top of each pretzel, alternating or evenly distributing as desired.
- Bake pretzels with chocolate: Bake the pretzels in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes, just until the chocolate softens but is not fully melted.
- Press M&Ms: Remove the pretzels from the oven and let them sit for 1 minute to cool slightly, then gently press one Christmas M&M onto each softened chocolate piece to create a festive decoration.
- Set chocolate: Allow the chocolates to set fully either by leaving the pretzels at room temperature or by refrigerating them for about 15 minutes until firm.
