Description
Korean Strawberry Milk is a sweet, creamy, and refreshing beverage that combines fresh strawberries and milk in a deliciously smooth drink. This trendy drink has a unique flavor and pretty pink color, making it a must-try treat for all ages.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the fresh strawberries with a fork or potato masher until they release their juices and become a puree.
 - Add sugar to the mashed strawberries and mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve.
 - Pour milk into a separate glass. You can use whole milk or plant-based milk for a dairy-free version.
 - Add the mashed strawberry mixture into the milk and stir until combined. For a smoother consistency, blend the mixture in a blender.
 - Optionally, add ice cubes for a chilled version.
 - Pour the strawberry milk into a glass and garnish with whole strawberries on top, if desired.
 - Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
- For a milkshake version, blend in vanilla ice cream.
 - For a fun twist, add boba tapioca pearls to make Boba Strawberry Milk.
 - Use honey, maple syrup, or agave as a healthier sweetener alternative.
 - Refrigerate any leftover strawberry milk for up to 24 hours.
 - Reheating is not recommended, but you can enjoy it cold from the fridge.
