1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar

- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Frozen Peaches: If fresh peaches aren’t available, use frozen peaches. Just make sure to thaw and drain them before using.
- Spices: Add a pinch of nutmeg or allspice for extra depth of flavor.
- Fruit Mix: Combine peaches with other fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries for a mixed berry cobbler twist.
- Crumble Topping: For added texture, sprinkle a crumble topping of oats, brown sugar, and butter over the batter before baking.
- Storage: Store leftover cobbler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheating: Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or warm the entire dish in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
