Ingredients
2 oz limoncello
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
8–10 fresh mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)
Club soda
Ice cubes

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Gently press to release the mint’s oils, but don’t crush the leaves too hard.
