Ingredients

2 oz limoncello

1 oz white rum

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

810 fresh mint leaves

1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)

Club soda

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish


Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Gently press to release the mint’s oils, but don’t crush the leaves too hard.

  • Add the limoncello, white rum, and ice to the shaker. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

  • Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
