Description

This No Bake Nutella Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert combining the irresistible flavors of Nutella and Oreo cookies. Perfect for a quick treat, it features a buttery Oreo crust, a smooth Nutella-infused cream cheese filling, and is topped with cool whip, chopped hazelnuts, and shaved chocolate for added texture and flavor. Ready in just a few hours without any baking required.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 12 Oreo cookies (crushed with cream)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)

Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (1 package)
  • ⅔ cup Nutella
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (fat free or regular)

Topping

  • ½ cup Cool Whip
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate (shaved or grated)

Instructions

  1. Make Crust: To crush the Oreo cookies with cream included, place them in a ziplock bag, seal it, and crush the cookies thoroughly using a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of four serving dishes to form an even crust layer.
  2. Make Nutella Cheesecake: In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and Nutella, then beat until smooth and fully combined. Add 8 ounces of Cool Whip to the mixture and continue mixing until no white streaks remain. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or ziplock bag for easy dispensing, then pipe or spoon the filling evenly over the prepared crusts in each dish.
  3. Set: Refrigerate the assembled cheesecakes for at least 2 hours to allow them to set properly and develop their flavors before serving.
  4. Finish & Serve: Just before serving, top each cheesecake with an additional spoonful of Cool Whip, sprinkle chopped hazelnuts, and garnish with shaved or grated chocolate to add texture and visual appeal.

Notes

  • You can substitute the Cool Whip with whipped cream if preferred.
  • For a nut-free version, omit the hazelnuts from the topping.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Use a ziplock bag as a piping bag if you don’t have one handy.
  • These cheesecakes should be consumed within 2-3 days for best freshness.
