Description

These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups are the ultimate dessert for Oreo lovers! With a simple blend of creamy cheesecake filling and crunchy Oreo crumbs, this easy recipe requires no baking and is perfect for parties, gatherings, or just satisfying a sweet craving. Serve them chilled and enjoy the delightful combination of smooth, rich flavors in convenient single-serving cups.

Ingredients

18 Oreo cookies (divided)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Crush 12 of the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.

  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter until combined.

  3. Spoon the Oreo mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups, pressing down to form a crust.

  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.

  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, followed by the sour cream, until well combined.

  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust in each cup.

  8. Crush the remaining 6 Oreos and sprinkle them over the top of the cheesecake mixture for garnish.

  9. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.

  10. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings or a bigger batch.
  2. To make it gluten-free, swap regular Oreos for gluten-free Oreo cookies.
  3. For a fun twist, top the cheesecake with fresh fruit, a drizzle of chocolate, or even peanut butter.
