Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup crushed walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the cream cheese, and mix well until fully combined.
- Gradually stir in the graham cracker crumbs until the mixture thickens and can be easily rolled into balls.
