Ingredients
Brownie Mix
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix (or 515 grams)
 - 1 egg (as per box instructions)
 - 1/3 cup water (as per box instructions)
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil (as per box instructions)
 
Nutella
- 1 cup Nutella
 
Cookie Dough
- 1 tube (16.5 oz) refrigerated cookie dough (or 468 grams)
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper or grease it to prevent sticking.
 - Prepare Brownie Batter: Follow the brownie mix instructions by combining the mix with 1 egg, 1/3 cup water, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and pour evenly into the prepared pan.
 - Add Nutella Swirl: Soften the Nutella by microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds until it’s easily spreadable. Pour the Nutella over the brownie batter and use a knife to gently swirl it into the batter for a marbled effect.
 - Top with Cookie Dough: Crumble the refrigerated cookie dough evenly over the Nutella layer in multiple layers to distribute it well across the pan.
 - Bake: Bake the brookies in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the brownie part comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.

- To soften Nutella quicker, microwave in 15-second intervals to avoid overheating.
