Description

Delicious Nutella Cheesecake Bites combine creamy Nutella and cheesecake filling piped onto crisp vanilla wafer cookies, making for a quick, no-bake, bite-sized dessert perfect for parties or snack time.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Base

  • 11 ounce box Nilla Wafers (approximately 80 wafer cookies)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese and Nutella: Add the softened cream cheese and Nutella to a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on medium speed until smooth and creamy using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer.
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients: Incorporate the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl. Continue to beat on medium speed until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer to Piping Bag: Spoon the Nutella cheesecake mixture into a gallon-size Ziplock bag and seal it. Cut a small hole in one bottom corner of the bag to create a makeshift piping bag.
  4. Assemble Cheesecake Bites: Pipe the Nutella cheesecake mixture onto each vanilla wafer cookie, covering the tops evenly.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the cheesecake mixture.
  • Use a sharp scissors to make a small hole in the corner of the Ziplock bag for controlled piping.
  • For added flair, garnish each bite with a small hazelnut or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
  • Store assembled cheesecake bites in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days for best freshness.
  • This recipe is no-bake and great for quick dessert options.
