Ingredients
- 4 medium fresh carrots, peeled and chopped
 - 2 large fresh oranges, peeled and seeded

 - Optional: 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp lemon juice, or a pinch of turmeric

Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into small pieces.
- Peel and seed the oranges.
 - If using a juicer: Juice the carrots and oranges and collect the liquid.
 - If using a blender: Add carrots, orange segments, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
 - Strain the blended mixture using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jug or bowl to remove the pulp.
 - Stir in optional ginger, lemon juice, or turmeric if using.
 - Serve chilled or over ice. Stir before serving if needed.

Notes
- Peeling the carrots is optional if they’re organic and well-cleaned.
 - Juice may separate in the fridge—just stir or shake before drinking.
 - For added sweetness, blend with a small piece of pineapple or splash of apple juice.
 - Drink fresh for best flavor and nutrients, but it stores well for up to 48 hours.
