Description

Peanut Butter Bliss Dessert is a creamy, indulgent treat that combines the rich flavor of peanut butter with a smooth, decadent texture. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings, it’s easy to prepare and will become a favorite in your dessert rotation.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are fully coated and the mixture is slightly moist.
  2. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or similar-sized pan to form a crust. Use the back of a spoon to pack it tightly. Set it aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and continue to beat until the mixture is creamy.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and smooth.
  6. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  7. If desired, sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts over the top for added texture and flavor.
  8. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours or until fully chilled and set.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
  2. This dessert can be frozen for up to 1 month. Let it thaw in the fridge for several hours before serving.
  3. For a chocolate twist, add a layer of chocolate ganache before chilling.
  4. To make it nut-free, substitute sunflower butter or any nut butter alternative.
  5. For a crunchier base, mix in crushed peanuts or pretzels with the graham cracker crust.
  6. Make this ahead of time by preparing it up to 24 hours before serving.
