Instructions
- Mix Yogurt and Sweetener: In a bowl, combine the low-fat Greek yogurt and maple syrup (if using). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
 - Spread Yogurt in Tray: Pour the yogurt mixture into a silicone baking tray. Spread it out evenly to create a uniform layer and gently pop any air bubbles that may be trapped within the yogurt for a smooth finish.
 - Add Toppings: Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios evenly over the yogurt layer, ensuring good coverage across the surface.
 - Set the Toppings: Gently lift and tap the silicone tray a few times to help the pomegranate seeds and pistachios slightly sink and embed into the yogurt, ensuring they stick when frozen.
