Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin purée (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze (optional, for finishing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin purée with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Place naan bread on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over each piece of naan.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Gruyere cheese over the pumpkin base.
  6. Top with chopped fresh rosemary or thyme.
