Description
Deliciously creamy and indulgent no-bake Rolo Fudge made with white chocolate, condensed milk, and rolled chocolates for a perfect sweet treat. This easy-to-make fudge requires minimal effort and can be prepared using either a microwave or slow cooker method, making it perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Fudge Base
- 400 g White chocolate
- 397 g Condensed milk (1 tin)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix-ins
- 300 g Rolos (about 8 tubes, removed from packaging)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate mixture: Place the white chocolate and condensed milk into a large heatproof bowl.
- Microwave heating method: Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then beat well. Repeat heating and beating once or twice more until the mixture is very thick and smooth.
- Add flavor and Rolos: Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the Rolos into the smooth chocolate mixture.
- Transfer to dish: Pour the fudge mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper and smooth it out evenly.
- Top with Rolos: Gently press the remaining Rolos into the top of the fudge mixture, spreading them evenly across the surface.
- Chill: Refrigerate the fudge overnight until firm.
- Cut and store: Cut the chilled fudge into small pieces and keep stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Slow cooker alternative: Place white chocolate and condensed milk into the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Proceed with mixing in vanilla and Rolos: Remove from slow cooker, stir in vanilla extract and half the Rolos.
- Finish as above: Pour mixture into lined baking dish, smooth, press remaining Rolos on top, refrigerate overnight, and cut before serving.
