Description

Rolo Ritz Cookies are a delightful blend of sweet and salty flavors, featuring a buttery Ritz cracker, gooey Rolo candy, and a drizzle of smooth chocolate. Perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

1 package Rolo candies

1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet for easy cleanup.
  3. Arrange half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
  4. Unwrap the Rolos and place one on top of each Ritz cracker.
  5. Top each Rolo with another Ritz cracker, sandwiching the candy between the crackers.
  6. Bake the cookies for about 4-5 minutes, just until the Rolo candies begin to soften but not completely melt.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before adding the drizzle.
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies using a spoon or a piping bag.
  10. Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
