Ingredients
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 package Rolo candies
1/2 cup chocolate chips (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet for easy cleanup.
 - Arrange half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
 - Unwrap the Rolos and place one on top of each Ritz cracker.
 - Top each Rolo with another Ritz cracker, sandwiching the candy between the crackers.
 - Bake the cookies for about 4-5 minutes, just until the Rolo candies begin to soften but not completely melt.
 - Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before adding the drizzle.
 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies using a spoon or a piping bag.
 - Allow the chocolate to harden before serving.
