Description

Ingredients

8 slices of white or whole wheat bread, crusts removed

8 breakfast sausage links (cooked)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for serving)


Instructions

  • Remove the crusts from the bread slices. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin for easy rolling.
