Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and grind until you get fine crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, place the Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until finely ground.
- Mix with Cream Cheese: Add softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and thick, resembling dough.
- Shape the Balls: Roll the dough into balls, making some smaller ones to serve as heads and larger ones as bodies. Arrange them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the Balls: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for 20 minutes to firm up their texture before dipping.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Place white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in short intervals, stirring frequently until completely smooth.
- Dip the Balls: Using a toothpick or fork, dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate to coat thoroughly. Place the coated big balls on parchment paper, then immediately place the smaller ball on top to form a snowman before the chocolate sets.
- Decorate the Snowmen: While the coating is still wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons, use orange candy or sprinkles for the nose, insert pretzel sticks for arms, and top each with a mini Oreo as a hat. Optionally, use black decorating gel for extra details.
- Let Them Set: Chill the decorated snowman Oreo balls in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to harden and set completely before serving.
