Description
This refreshing Strawberry Nice Cream is a healthy, dairy-free alternative to traditional ice cream. Made with frozen strawberries and a few simple ingredients, it’s a quick and delicious treat that’s perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
3 cups frozen strawberries
1 medium ripe banana
1/4 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
 - Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor to ensure everything blends evenly.
 - If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk (or plant-based milk of your choice) to reach your desired consistency.
 - Once blended, scoop the nice cream into bowls or cones and serve immediately for a soft-serve texture. Alternatively, you can freeze it for about an hour for a firmer texture.

Notes
- Optional add-ins: Chocolate chips, nuts, or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
 - Other fruit variations: Try swapping the strawberries for mango, blueberries, or raspberries.
 - If you want a sweeter taste, you can add maple syrup or agave nectar, though the banana and strawberries should provide enough natural sweetness.
 - For a creamier texture, add a spoonful of coconut yogurt or more coconut milk.
 - If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
 - Can be made ahead and stored for a party. Just let it soften slightly before serving.
