Description

A light and refreshing Strawberry Shortcake Fluff dessert combining creamy vanilla pudding, fluffy whipped topping, fresh strawberries, angel food cake, and mini marshmallows, topped with crunchy graham crackers. Perfect for an easy no-bake treat that comes together quickly.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix

Mix-ins

  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups angel food cake (diced into cubes)

Topping

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding base: In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of milk and 3.4 oz of vanilla pudding mix. Stir well and let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
  2. Fold in whipped topping: Add 8 ounces of thawed whipped topping to the pudding mixture. Gently fold them together using a silicone spoon until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Add strawberries and marshmallows: Incorporate 1 pound of sliced fresh strawberries and 1 cup of mini marshmallows into the mixture. Fold gently again until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Mix in angel food cake: Add 2 cups of diced angel food cake cubes and fold them into the fluff mixture until well blended. Be careful to keep the cubes intact.
  5. Add graham cracker topping: Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers evenly over the top of the mixture.
  6. Serve or chill: Serve the dessert immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Offer extra graham crackers on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture.
  • Ensure the whipped topping is fully thawed before folding in to avoid clumps.
  • This dessert can be prepared a few hours ahead and refrigerated to chill.
  • Gently folding preserves the light and airy texture of the pudding fluff.
  • Substitute graham crackers with vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits if preferred.
