Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions

In a medium-sized saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium until the butter melts and the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and stir in flour until a dough forms and pulls away from the sides.
