Description
Angel Cake Churro Bites combine the airy texture of angel food cake with the sweet, cinnamon-sugar coating of churros. These bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion, light yet indulgent and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the angel food cake mix according to the instructions on the package.
 - Use a spoon or small scoop to drop spoonfuls of the angel food cake batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
 - Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
 - While baking, mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
 - Once baked, remove from the oven and immediately coat each piece with melted butter.
 - Roll the warm bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!

- Optional: Add chocolate drizzle or maple syrup glaze for extra flavor.
 - For stuffed bites, fill with cream cheese or whipped cream.
