- 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325ºF (160ºC) and line a baking sheet with baking paper to prevent sticking.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and monk fruit sweetener until well combined and smooth.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder to the wet mixture. Stir thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold the dark chocolate chips into the dough, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Shape Cookies: Using your hands, form the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball gently with your hand or the back of a spoon. For an extra chocolatey touch, sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- Bake Cookies: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are firm. Allow the cookies to cool completely; they will continue to firm up as they cool.
