Description
Whipped Pink Lemonade is a refreshing, sweet, and tangy drink that combines the tartness of fresh lemon with the creaminess of whipped cream. Perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
1 cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 cups of cold water
1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1–2 drops of pink food coloring (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring if you want the lemonade to have that vibrant pink color.
- Add ice cubes to your serving glasses and pour the lemon mixture into the glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous amount of whipped cream mixture, swirling it to create a layered effect.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy your refreshing whipped pink lemonade!
Notes
- For a sugar-free version, replace the sugar with a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit.
- Add fresh berries like strawberries or raspberries to the lemonade mix for a fruity twist.
- Use coconut cream or almond cream as a non-dairy option instead of heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Blend the lemonade with ice for a frozen slushy version of this drink.
- The lemonade base can be stored for up to 2 days in the fridge, but the whipped cream should be freshly made before serving.
