Description

Whipped Pink Lemonade is a refreshing, sweet, and tangy drink that combines the tartness of fresh lemon with the creaminess of whipped cream. Perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.

Ingredients

1 cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 cups of cold water

1/2 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

12 drops of pink food coloring (optional)

Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved completely.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  3. Add a few drops of pink food coloring if you want the lemonade to have that vibrant pink color.
  4. Add ice cubes to your serving glasses and pour the lemon mixture into the glasses.
  5. Top each glass with a generous amount of whipped cream mixture, swirling it to create a layered effect.
  6. Serve immediately, and enjoy your refreshing whipped pink lemonade!

Notes

  1. For a sugar-free version, replace the sugar with a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit.
  2. Add fresh berries like strawberries or raspberries to the lemonade mix for a fruity twist.
  3. Use coconut cream or almond cream as a non-dairy option instead of heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Blend the lemonade with ice for a frozen slushy version of this drink.
  5. The lemonade base can be stored for up to 2 days in the fridge, but the whipped cream should be freshly made before serving.
