A delightful and elegant Fruit and Cheese Platter featuring a variety of cheeses, fresh fruits, nuts, crackers, and sweet accompaniments, perfect for entertaining or as a sophisticated snack.

Ingredients

Cheeses

  • 6 ounces Gouda, sliced
  • 6 ounces white cheddar cheese

Fruits

  • 3 cups red grapes
  • 1 green apple, sliced

Nuts

  • ⅓ cup Marcona almonds
  • ⅓ cup pecans

Condiments

  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • ¼ cup honey

Crackers

  • 2 ounces Sea Salt Crunchmaster Crackers
  • 2 ounces Rosemary and Olive Crunchmaster Crackers

Garnish

  • Few sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the Cheese: Arrange the sliced Gouda and white cheddar cheese around the serving board, spacing them evenly to allow for easy access and presentation.
  2. Prepare Pinch Bowls: Place small pinch bowls or dishes on the board that will later be filled with jam and honey for convenient dipping.
  3. Add Fruits: Arrange the red grapes and sliced green apple around the cheese and pinch bowls, layering them carefully so they can be easily picked up without crowding.
  4. Place Crackers: Arrange the Sea Salt and Rosemary and Olive Crunchmaster Crackers around the fruits and cheeses, stacking or fanning them out visually appealing. Adjust the quantity to suit the size of your board.
  5. Fill Gaps and Garnish: Fill in empty spaces on the board with Marcona almonds and pecans. Add the fig jam and honey to the pinch bowls. Finish by garnishing the platter with fresh rosemary sprigs for a fragrant and decorative touch.
