This No Bake Nutella Fudge is a quick and easy sweet treat combining the rich hazelnut spread Nutella with butter, confectioners sugar, and your choice of nuts. Instructions
- Line bakeware: Line two regular muffin tins with paper cups or line a rectangular or square pan with aluminum foil, leaving extra foil over the sides for easy removal.
- Melt ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella and butter. Microwave and stir every 40-60 seconds until completely melted and smooth.
- Mix flavorings: Remove from microwave and stir in vanilla extract (if using) and salt thoroughly using a rubber spatula.
- Add sugar and nuts: Add 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar and mix thoroughly. If mixture is still too wet, gradually add remaining sugar. Fold in chopped nuts of your choice and stir well.
- Press and decorate: Press the fudge mixture firmly into prepared pan or muffin cups, smoothing the top with a spatula. Immediately sprinkle the top with sprinkles as the surface may appear oily.
- Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
- Store properly: Keep fudge stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week for best freshness and texture.
