Ingredients

Brownie Layer

  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, melted (+ 2 tablespoons for greasing the pan)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 20 Oreos (whole)

Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 Oreos (chopped)

Chocolate Ganache and Garnish

  • 10 ounces dark chocolate
  • 4 Oreos (chopped)
  • 10 mini Snickers candy bars (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the layered bars.
  2. Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×12 or 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper covering the bottom and two sides for easy removal. Butter the parchment paper or spray it with baking spray, then set aside.
  3. Make Brownie Batter: In the bowl of a mixer fitted with a wire whisk attachment, beat 4 room temperature eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow.
